I have 15 years experience building products and managing software/design teams, primarily in SaaS. I am passionate about building products customers love. I have experience with interface design, research techniques, and best engineering practices. I've built 4 startups — 2 exited. I led product teams at Microsoft and graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and Business from Lehigh University. I've managed teams consisting of marketing, product, design, and engineering. I am on the board of multiple non-profits. I teach and play guitar, enjoy gymnastics and hot yoga, am always on a bike, and have played tennis competitively. I've personally hired over 100 engineers and designers, and I've reviewed over 10,000 resumes.
